9.2 CE-markering

Many products may only be traded in the EEA (European Economic Area) if they have the CE marking. (National authorities are not allowed to impose any additional requirements) Once a product has a CE marking, this means that the product meets legal requirements in terms of safety, health and the environment. With this marking, the manufacturer declares that the product, in this case an UAS, complies with all essential requirements set out in the relevant EU directives.
