1.2 No-Go Items

A wide range of conditions must be met to ensure the safe operation of any flight. If certain essential conditions, the so-called no-go items, cannot be met, safety is not guaranteed and the remote pilot should decide not to fly. Several of such no-go items include:

  • The remote pilot is not medically fit to fly;
  • There is some degree of uncertainty regarding the technical condition of the UAS and/or accessories;
  • The battery voltage of the UAS is less than 50%;
