2.2 Airspace structure

Under the rules of ICAO (International Civil Aviation Authority), the airspace is divided into different classes, from A to G. Most UAS flights take place in airspace class G. Under certain circumstances, flights may also be conducted in airspace class C and/or D. This primarily concerns flights conducted in the vicinity of an airport. However, flights in this class will fall into the Specific category of operations.
