The operator must comply with European and national regulations. Many insurances make a distinction between flying in the United Kingdom and flying in other European countries. Before flying abroad, it is always important to check the insurance status of the current insurance. Member States are free to impose additional insurance requirements, which may not be the same in every Member State.
