4.2 | TECHNICAL AND OPERATIONAL MEASURES FOR GROUND RISKS

If the unmanned aircraft, heavier than 500 grams (A2 or A3), operates in the vicinity of people, the pilot must keep it at a distance that is at least equal to the height at which it flies (1:1 rule). However, the following minimum horizontal distances must be observed:

• 50 meters for legacy drones (drones without Cx class label)
• 30 meters for class drones (drones with Cx class label)
  
• 5 meters in low speed mode (drones with Cx class label)
