4.2 | OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES 

For safe and responsible flight operations, it is necessary to describe clear procedures. The responsibility for describing and recording these procedures lies with the operator.

In practice, both the pilot and any other team members are responsible for complying with these procedures.

The description and implementation of these procedures includes the following components:

• Flight preparation (appendix 1)
• Normal procedures
  
• Emergency procedures
  
• Pre-flight checks (appendix 2)
