6.4 | RISK ANALYSIS 

The actual risk analysis consists of multiplying the effect (A-E) by the probability (5-1).  The result of this multiplication equals one of the following three possibilities:

  • Unacceptable risk
  • Permissible risk
  • Acceptable risk

The outcome of the risk analysis can have only three outcomes:

  • The flight can definitively not be executed
  • The flight can be executed with additional measures
  • The flight can be executed as planned
