3.2 | DISTANCE FROM PEOPLE AND BUILDINGS

Flying over people is permitted with drones lighter than 250 grams. Where possible, however, you will need to limit this as much as possible and, if you do, exercise extreme caution.

Flying over buildings with a drone lighter than 250 grams is also permitted. You need to consider the following points of concern if you are flying your drone over buildings:

• Always keep the drone in sight (VLOS = Visual Line of Sight).
• Observe the privacy of any residents.
