As an operator, you must meet various requirements. The development of flight operation procedures is crucial in this respect. The procedures must be tailored to the type of flight and the associated risk. The operator is responsible for the pilots and other staff involved in an operation. They too must have knowledge of, among other things, the procedures and user manual of the relevant unmanned aircraft. Furthermore, the pilot must have appropriate skills to perform an operation.
