1.8 | FLIGHT INCIDENT RAPPORT 

It is, of course, possible for something to happen during a flight that you, as pilot, could not have foreseen beforehand. An aviation incident is an event that endangers or could have endangered an aircraft, persons or the environment.

Examples are:

  • A collision of the unmanned aircraft with another aircraft, person or infrastructure.
  • A near collision of the unmanned aircraft with another aircraft, person or infrastructure.
  • Uncontrolled flight of the unmanned aircraft.
