1.3 | WHERE CAN I FLY?

Unfortunately, Germany does not allow you to fly drones where you please. You must, for example, observe so-called No-Fly Zones.

What are No-Fly Zones?

The words actually say it all: in a No-Fly Zone, you are not permitted to fly a drone. In the Netherlands, No-Fly Zones are defined in the Unmanned aircraft zoning regulation. You should pay close attention to the main points of these regulations:

1. Never fly above 30 meters in an area designated as a low flying zone.
